TOBE ("the platform").

TOBE is operated by WNE3 Technologies Private Limited ("WNE3", "we").

The service

TOBE turns natural-language descriptions into made-to-order garments. By submitting a description you grant TOBE a non-exclusive, worldwide license to generate, display, and sell designs derived from your query, including to other users of the platform.

Content standards

You may not request content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or explicit. TOBE may remove any product that violates these standards at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Orders

Each product is manufactured after purchase. Shipping is included in the listed price — worldwide, no separate charge at checkout. Prices in INR include GST; international prices exclude customs duties, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Automated intermediary

TOBE is an automated intermediary: it executes your creative direction — the words you type — through automated generation tools, and manufactures the resulting design on to a physical product at your request. TOBE does not review, curate, or author the creative content of what it generates.

Your representations & warranty

By submitting a description you represent and warrant that your prompt, and the design generated from it, do not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy, or other intellectual property or legal right.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold TOBE harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to a creation you generated, ordered, or requested, including any claim that it infringes a third party's rights.

Disputes

Any dispute is subject to binding arbitration in Bengaluru, India.
